Aikido Shudokan Hong Kong (ASHK) proudly hosted the AikiBudo Seminar 2024, featuring the international instructors - Ramlan Ortega Shihan (Chief Instructor of Aikido Shudokan Malaysia & Singapore) and our guest-of-honor, Ondra Musil Shihan (Czech Republic). The seminar brought together martial artists and enthusiasts to deepen their understanding of Aikido principles and self-defense techniques.

2. Restraint & Removal Techniques: Practical, hands-on training equipped participants with effective strategies to manage real-world self-defense situations.
